Job summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking a Front Desk team member to warmly greet guests, enroll new members, and handle check-ins with accuracy and courtesy. This role requires fluent English, solid reading and writing skills, and basic computer proficiency as you support daily gym operations.

You will present personal training options, assist with daily maintenance, and help execute grassroots marketing while upholding Crunch’s No Judgments philosophy.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with reading and writing skills.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for fitness.

Responsibilities

• Enroll new members with a No Pressure, No Hassle sales presentation.
• Present personal training and group packages to guests during sales presentations.
• Maintain a clean facility with daily team cleans.
• Assist grass roots marketing: flyer distribution, lead collection, signage placement.
• Greet members and guests and ensure a welcoming environment.
• Check in members and guests per company procedures.
• Handle club software at check-in and relay messages as needed.
• Answer phones courteously and professionally.
• Communicate events to members and guests.
• Sell retail products and schedule member services.
