Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR and AED certifications must be obtained before working alone.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and internal staff.
• Strong teamwork, organization and proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Maintain club cleanliness and atmosphere during shift.
• Assist members and promote Excel Fitness programs.
• Keep up-to-date with Planet Fitness app content and updates.
• Perform audits and ensure club presents Excel standards.
• Input and update member information into tablets and POS.
• Enforce policies and ensure a safe environment for members.
• Assist GM/AM with membership promotions and operational activities.
• Conduct inventory checks and coordinate with leadership on orders.
• Participate in team meetings and community outreach.
