Qualifications

• Customer service background preferred.
• Basic computer literacy with ability to use common software.

• Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and assist with questions at check-in.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone and support members on the club floor.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to a Manager when needed.
• Answer phones and assist callers with inquiries.
• Handle membership sign-ups, updates, and cancellations.
• Conduct memberships tours and assess prospective member needs.
• Assist with retail transactions and drive sales goals.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of equipment and amenities.
• Address safety or maintenance issues and report them promptly.
