Job summary

Planet Fitness in West Columbia is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative to provide a superior member experience. You will greet members and guests, assist with check-ins, process memberships, answer inquiries, and help promote our Judgement Free Zone while upholding club policies and cleanliness.

The ideal candidate has a customer service background, basic computer skills, and a positive, upbeat attitude, with reliability and a true passion for fitness. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency required.
• Ability to listen empathetically and resolve issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests on entry/exit and assist with check-in.
• Assist with membership sign-ups, updates, cancellations and billing inquiries.
• Answer phones and handle inquiries in a friendly manner.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone and assist members on the club floor.
• Maintain cleanliness of facilities and equipment as part of daily duties.
• Address maintenance or cleanliness concerns and escalate to a Manager when needed.
