National Fitness Partners, the largest Planet Fitness franchise, is hiring for a Customer Service Representative to support members and guests in a welcoming, Judgement Free environment. The role includes signing up new members, handling inquiries at the desk, and promoting fitness programs.

We offer a starting wage of $12 per hour with scheduled hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months after the first year.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience
• High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Basic computer proficiency

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests
• Greet members, sign up new members, and log amenities
• Respond to member questions promptly and professionally
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases at the point of sale
• Promote fitness instruction classes to active and new members
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment
