You will greet members at the welcome desk, assist with enrollment, tours, and class sign-ups, and contribute to a positive club atmosphere. The role requires reliability, strong communication, and a willingness to work varied hours, including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and maintain a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a super clean club environment as valued by members.
• Assist in enrolling new members and inviting them to classes.
• Introduce Black Card amenities to members.
• Greet members at the welcome desk and assist with tours and enrollment.
• Lead with enthusiasm, foster a fun, engaging club culture.
• Be flexible with varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
