Job summary

Farm Credit is seeking a Member Service Specialist to join the Field Operations Department. The role acts as the Office Champion, handling front-office duties and serving as the primary member-facing contact at the branch.

You will address inquiries, resolve issues, maintain accounts, and assist with credit and administrative tasks while coordinating internal and external events. This position emphasizes teamwork and confidentiality across regional offices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 3 years of related work experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and credit processing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day point of contact for members and prospects.
• Support prospecting and relationship management by maintaining data and mailing lists.
• Monitor loan portfolio activity and reporting to support loan performance.
• Maintain loan accounts and process receipts, disbursements, and transfers.
• Coordinate meetings and events and manage office administration tasks.
• Assist with member and community events and marketing materials.
• Participate in training and committee work while protecting data security.
