Frontier Farm Credit is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis during peak season. The role involves handling phones, greeting customers, and performing basic office tasks.

Typical hours are around 20 per week, with flexibility within 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and strong written and verbal communication skills, plus basic computer skills and a knack for organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous office experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in basic computer applications and office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to appropriate teammates.
• Greet and assist walk-in customers, ensuring a positive experience.
• Key in simple transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Scan documents, index them into the system, and ensure proper filing.
• Monitor inventory and restock office supplies as needed.
• Assist with meeting preparations, including arranging refreshments.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and distribute to the appropriate departments.
