Job summary

Financial Partners Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Officer to deliver exceptional member service at our California branches. You will handle inquiries, assist with account management, and help resolve issues to ensure a seamless, satisfying experience.

You will work with CRM systems, collaborate across departments, and participate in ongoing training to stay current with products, policies, and procedures. This role emphasizes service excellence, accuracy, and member loyalty.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a customer service or member support role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including CRM software.
• Ability to multi-task with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to member inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
• Assist members with account management, including updates, transactions, and service requests.
• Identify and resolve member issues or elevate complex cases to appropriate departments.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of member interactions and transactions.
• Provide members with information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve service delivery and member satisfaction.
• Participate in training sessions to stay current on organizational updates and service protocols.
