Job summary

Sam's Club is seeking a front-end associate in Glendora, CA, to help members with purchases and questions. You will maintain the checkout area, resolve member issues, and promote products and services while guiding customers on self-service tech.

You will also handle payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policy, keep aisles organized, and participate in safety and loss-prevention practices to protect store assets.

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment (cash register).
• Experience with mobile retail applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the checkout area and assists members with purchases.
• Resolves member issues and concerns in a timely manner.
• Promotes Sam's Club products and services to members.
• Provides guidance on self-service technology and self-checkout options.
• Assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policies.
• Ensures safety and security of the store and assets.
• Maintains appearance of entrances, exits, and merchandise zones.
