Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide member service, maintain the checkout area, resolve member issues and concerns.
• Assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per company policies.
• Promote Sam's Club products and services and assist with self-service technology.
• Follow safety standards, perform safety sweeps and maintain a safe shopping environment.
• Assist with training of Member Frontline Services associates on processes and tools.
