Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment such as cash register
• 6 months customer service experience

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates by assigning duties and providing direction and guidance
• Assist management with recruiting, hiring, scheduling and coaching of associates
• Provide member service support, help customers with purchases and self-checkout
• Process memberships, upgrades and credit accounts, and encourage renewals
• Promote Sam's Club products, services and membership benefits to members and prospects
• Handle and resolve member complaints per company guidelines
• Maintain club cleanliness, merchandising and safety in assigned area
• Record transactions, deposits and cash handling according to procedures
