Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides member service and resolves member issues and concerns.
• Maintains checkout area and processes member purchases.
• Assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to policy.
• Promotes Sam's Club products and services and guides members on self‑service tech.
• Ensures safety, security, and housekeeping in the store.
• Trains fellow associates on processes and new technologies.
