Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with mobile retail applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service and process purchases.
• Maintain checkout area and assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to policies.
• Promote Sam's Club products and services and guide members on self-service technology.
• Safeguard and ensure a safe shopping environment; conduct safety checks and respond to unsafe situations.
• Assist with training of frontline associates on processes and tools; deliver program rollout training.
