Planet Fitness NJ/MA One World Fitness seeks a Member Services Representative to create a positive member experience by delivering superior customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.

You will greet members and guests, manage front desk activities (phones, sign-ups, check-ins, and tours), update accounts, and respond to questions in a timely, professional manner while helping maintain a clean club environment. This role requires punctuality and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet members, guests, and prospective members with exceptional service.

• Update member accounts as needed.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly; escalate to management when needed.
• Assist in maintaining the club's cleanliness and organization.
