Job summary

Flynn Group's Flynn Fitness brand is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative for the Merced club. You will greet members, answer questions, check-in guests, and give tours to prospective members while upholding a Judgement Free Zone.

Responsibilities include handling POS transactions, assisting with membership inquiries, and maintaining a clean front desk and lobby. Prior customer service experience is preferred; training will align you with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, always providing exceptional customer service.
• Answer phones courteously and assist callers with a variety of questions.
• Check members in and provide club tours to prospective members.
• Communicate updates and events to members and guests.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct beverage or merchandise purchases on the point-of-sale system.
• Utilize POS system to assist with new memberships and existing membership questions.
• Go above and beyond to keep the front desk area and lobby clean and orderly.
• Regular cleaning and upkeep of the facility, including exercise equipment, amenities, windows, mirrors, trash removal, and re-racking weights.
• Support team operations by adapting to new policies, procedures, and systems, and completing required company training as assigned.
• Frequent restroom/locker room cleaning and stocking.
• Complete company assigned trainings and additional learning as directed.
