Job summary

UFC GYM - Whitestown, IN is seeking a Front Desk Representative to deliver excellent customer service, assist members with purchases and direct inquiries. This on-site role requires a friendly personality, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced fitness club environment.

The position involves greeting members, processing sign-ups, handling POS transactions, upselling store items, and maintaining a professional front desk.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• 6 months’ customer service experience in health club, retail, hospitality or food service.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests as they enter and leave the club.
• Answer calls professionally and route to correct department.
• Check in members and verify membership; sign up for classes.
• Sell supplements, apparel and UFC Gym retail items.
• Process sales at POS and provide correct change.
• Maintain professional image and conduct at all times.
• Assist with inquiries from guests, members and staff.
• Provide information on club events and escalate safety concerns.
