Flynn Group is seeking a Member Services Representative to join their Planet Fitness team. You will deliver a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members and guests in a Judgement Free Zone.

The role involves greeting members, answering calls, processing check-ins, tours, and assisting with memberships while maintaining a clean front desk and lobby in a busy fitness environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process beverage or merchandise purchases on the POS system.
