- Greet members in a friendly, engaging and energetic way from start to finish of your shift.
- Serve members quickly and professionally to build positive, trustworthy relationships.
- Assist members with membership questions and concerns with compassion and commitment.
- Collaborate with the Facilities team to keep the club looking and operating smoothly.
