Responsibilities

Welcome and nurture the member experience with friendliness at the core of every member interaction.
Greet our members in a friendly, engaging and energetic way from the start to finish of your shift.
Serve our members quickly and professionally to create positive, trustworthy relationships focused on “Changing Lives”.
Help our members with membership questions and concerns with compassion and commitment to promote a “Raving Fan” member experience.
Team up with our Facilities Department to keep our club looking and operating “Grand Opening Ready”.
