Job summary

Edge Fitness, LLC is seeking energetic team members to warmly welcome and nurture the member experience with friendliness at the core of every interaction. You will greet members with enthusiasm and support them from start to finish of their shifts, helping with questions and promoting a positive atmosphere focused on changing lives.

• Bring high energy and a passion for fitness while working with urgency, flexibility, and a “roll up your sleeves” mindset to get things done, especially during busy closeouts and month-end periods.
• Cooperate with the Front Desk team on daily and monthly club and individual sales targets by connecting our members to results through our fitness programming, retail products, and club amenities while staying motivated, hands-on, and fully committed to the team’s success.
