• Welcome and nurture the member experience with friendliness at the core of every member interaction.
• Greet members in a friendly, engaging and energetic way from start to finish of your shift.
• Serve members quickly and professionally to create positive, trustworthy relationships focused on 'Changing Lives'.
• Help members with membership questions and concerns with compassion and commitment to promote a 'Raving Fan' member experience.
• Team up with Facilities to keep the club looking and operating 'Grand Opening Ready'.
