Job summary

Villa Sport seeks a motivated Member Services Associate for our Caldwell-area clubs. You will greet members, assist guests, and relay policies to maintain a welcoming, professional environment. Key requirements include excellent communication, the ability to stand long periods, basic computer skills, and the capacity to lift 50 lbs.

Training covers scripts and nutrition info within 60 days. We offer hourly pay commensurate with experience, a 401(k) with company match up to 4%, complimentary club

Qualifications

• Outstanding communication and customer service abilities required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts.
• Basic computer skills with familiarity in POS systems.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Memorize company scripts and greet guests professionally.
• Complete PFC University training within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Set the tone for all incoming members and guests.
• Know and relay company policies.
• Assist members with needs and inquiries.
• Report to the Member Service Lead and General Manager.
