Job summary

Villa Sport in Boise, ID is seeking a Member Services Associate to greet members with energy and professionalism in a fast-paced club environment. You will be the face of our brand, upholding policies, answering questions, and guiding guests to member services while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Standing for long periods.
• Working knowledge of basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Memorizing the TI script, guest greeting, and phone greeting.
• Memorizing Fuel Center menu and nutrition information (within 30 days of employment).
• PFC University Certification (company-provided training within 60 days of employment).

Responsibilities

• The Member Services Associate is the gatekeeper, setting the tone for all incoming members and guests.
• Know, adhere to, and relay policies in a manner representative of Villa Sport and assist members with their needs.
• Report to the Member Service Lead and General Manager; greet and assist guests at front desk.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Member Services Associate is the gatekeeper. They will set the tone for all incoming members and guests. They will be expected to know all policies, adhere to all policies and relay policy in a manner that represents the Company in the best manner as well as helping the member/guest with their needs.
The Member Services Associate reports directly to the Member Service Lead and General Manager.

REQUIRED AVAILABILITY/SCHEDULE:

Monday-Friday: 4:30 AM to 10:00 AM
Saturday/Sunday: 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM
