Job summary

Villa Sport in Idaho is seeking a friendly Member Services Associate to greet members and guests, explain policies, and route inquiries to the right team. You’ll embody our service standards, learn the TI script, and help create an energizing, welcoming club experience.

The role offers an hourly wage based on experience, a company 401(k) with match up to 4%, complimentary club membership, and employee discounts. Flexible scheduling supports work-life balance in a fast-paced fitness community.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Standing for long periods.
• Working knowledge of basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Memorizing the TI script, guest greeting, and phone greeting.
• Memorizing Fuel Center menu and nutrition information (within 30 days of employment)
• PFC University Certification (company-provided training within 60 days of employment)

Responsibilities

• The Member Services Associate is the gatekeeper, setting the tone for all incoming members and guests.
• They will be expected to know all policies and relay policy in a manner that represents the Company well.
• They report directly to the Member Service Lead and General Manager.
