Villa Sport is seeking a Member Services Associate to greet members and guests with a positive, policy-aware approach. You will handle member inquiries, relay policies clearly, and support the front desk operations to ensure a welcoming club environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining excellent customer service, standing for long periods, and using basic computer skills. A strong communicator with a service mindset will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Standing for long periods of time.
• Working knowledge of basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Memorizing the TI script, guest greeting, and phone greeting.
• Memorizing Fuel Center menu and nutrition information.
• PFC University Certification (company-provided training within 60 days of employment).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the gatekeeper and set the tone for members and guests.
• Know and relay policy in a manner that reflects the Company well.
• Assist members with their needs and direct inquiries appropriately.
• Report to the Member Service Lead and General Manager.
