Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative to create a positive member experience by delivering a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members and guests.

You will greet visitors, answer phones, check members in, sign up new members, and give tours while maintaining a clean, welcoming club environment. This role requires strong communication, reliability, and a passion for fitness, with opportunities to develop in a fast-paced, guest‑facing setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the club; escalate issues as needed.
