Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Greet all members & guests with a focus on engagement and retention.
• Assist with membership and retail sales.
• Deliver on new member enrollment expectations.
• Check in all members and guests in accordance with procedures.
• Answer phones in a courteous manner.
