National Fitness Partners in Gastonia, NC is seeking a Part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will answer phones, greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities while delivering friendly, professional service.

The role offers flexible hours, $11 per hour to start, and opportunities for growth with anniversary-based pay increases. Benefits include PTO, Employee Assistance, shift-differential pay for select shifts, and a free Black Card Membership.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment
