Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests; ensure a Judgement Free experience.
• Answer phones using information script in a friendly manner.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases at the point of sale.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to members and guests.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.
