Job summary

National Fitness Partners in North Carolina is hiring a Customer Service Representative to greet members, answer questions, sign up new members, and log amenities. You will contribute to a Judgement Free environment across Planet Fitness clubs and ensure a positive member experience during evening shifts.

This full-time role offers starting pay of $12 per hour with progression: raises at 180 days, 1 year, and every six months thereafter, plus shift-differential opportunities, PTO, and employee

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required.
• Basic computer proficiency expected for daily tasks.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to members and new members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
