Nuvision Federal Credit Union in Alaska is seeking a Member Contact Center Representative I to deliver outstanding member service across phone, email, and web channels. You will process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and basic online banking support while upholding cross-sell goals.

Qualifications

• One year of retail experience with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding service and sales goals.
• Basic understanding of financial products and services.
• Professional verbal skills and etiquette.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel; comfortable with remote signing and using a webcam.
• Excellent follow-up and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and active listening abilities to anticipate member needs.
• Excellent written communication (Email) with proper grammar and spelling.
• Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Genuine interest in helping members through Conversations that Matter; empathetic and caring.
• Willingness to make a difference; personable and professional.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient and timely service to members via phone, mail, facsimile, and other channels.
• Consult with members; identify needs, offer solutions, and follow up on transactions.
• Recommend other products and services based on member conversations.
• Open new member accounts and manage savings, checking, money market, trust, and IRA products.
• Perform account maintenance including address/name changes and beneficiary updates.
• Identify and report suspicious activity or potential fraud.
• Complete required training and compliance modules.
• Treat all coworkers and members with respect.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and represent the Credit Union professionally.
• Maintain confidentiality of member information.
