Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Credit Union accounts and loan services, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent member service, communication, and professional appearance.

• Open and maintain consumer auxiliary accounts and assist with online banking needs.
• Provide prompt, courteous member interactions and resolve inquiries.
• Maintain balanced cash drawer and complete audits and supporting documentation.
