Qualifications

• 1-2 years Teller experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Credit Union products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; detail‑oriented.
• Must travel up to 75%; computer experience required.
• Must obtain NMLS Certification, Notary Public, and CT Producer License.

Responsabilités

• Process a broad variety of transactions accurately and with excellent member service.
• Meet branch production goals including opening/servicing accounts and loan applications.
• Assist tellers with complex transactions and back up staff at other branches.
• Promote core values and maintain professional relationships with members and vendors.
• Stay informed on industry developments and regulatory changes.
