Job summary

Sikorsky Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Representative in Connecticut to provide accurate transactions and superb member service while building relationships. You will promote products, support branch goals, and assist tellers as needed.

The role emphasizes regulatory adherence, cross-selling, and continuous knowledge of industry changes. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma, teller experience, and licenses including NMLS, Notary Public, and CT Producer License within 90

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• 1-2 years of Teller experience.
• Knowledge of banking products and Credit Union services; goal to achieve branch production.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and strong mathematical skills.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.
• Must obtain and maintain: NMLS Certification, Notary Public, CT Producer License within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Accurately processes a broad variety of transactions with excellent member service.
• Aims to achieve branch and individual production goals; grow membership and accounts.
• Opens and services new and existing accounts and loans; cross-sells CU products.
• Assists tellers with complex transactions.
• Back up to staff at other branches as needed.
• Promotes a positive work atmosphere with professional communication.
• Keeps abreast of industry developments and regulatory changes.
• Adheres to company policies and banking regulations.
• Performs additional duties as required.
