Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform routine member transactions: deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, loan payments, transfers, and check cashing.
• Provide high levels of member service and satisfaction.
• Process payments on mortgage and other loans; ensure accuracy and compliance with policies.
• Inspect checks for endorsements and negotiability; maintain accurate cash drawer and balances.
• Explain products, services, rates, and numbers to members; answer questions and direct to appropriate departments.
• Respond to member requests and resolve problems or refer to specialized staff.
• Maintain knowledge of branch hours, locations, and contact information; provide routine information to members.
• Complete documentation for currency transactions and anti-money-laundering reporting as required.
