Job summary

Northwest Federal Credit Union seeks a Member Service Representative to facilitate member service transactions and support services, driving positive experiences and meeting sales and service expectations.

You will apply knowledge of NWFCU products, process deposits and withdrawals, resolve escalated requests, and work with teams across the organization to improve member satisfaction while adhering to BSA and credit union policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail sales or customer service with cash handling
• Accuracy and detail orientation
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Ability to interact with all levels of the organization and members
• Adherence to BSA and NWFCU policies

Responsibilities

• Facilitate member service transactions (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing)
• Identify members’ financial needs and suggest NWFCU solutions
• Maintain department policy and procedure documentation
• Achieve assigned sales goals by proactively identifying opportunities
• Ensure compliance with operational, security and control policies
• Provide exceptional member experiences
• Collaborate with teams to improve visibility into member experience
• Handle escalated requests and provide operational support
