Qualifications

• Compliance coursework completed and understood.
• NMLS registration current or in process.
• Notary preferred as part of duties.
• Experience in loans, deposits, and member services.

Responsibilities

• Consult with members, identify needs, offer solutions and follow up.
• Escort members to destinations and process funds or loans.
• Open new accounts/sub-shares and handle basic servicing tasks.
• Recommend products and services including Mortgage, Investments and Autoland.
• Maintain branch balance and perform routine compliance tasks.
• Identify suspicious activity and report it promptly.
• Participate in training and credit union events as needed.
