• Open new member accounts, including checking, savings, and certificate accounts.
• Educate members on credit union products and services to meet their financial goals.
• Resolve member concerns and complaints with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach.
• Maintain compliance with federal credit union regulations and internal policies.
• Support branch operations and collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless member experience.
