About the Role:

NYM Federal Credit Union is looking for a friendly and motivated Member Services Representative to join our team in Brooklyn, NY! Requirements:

• Prior experience in tellering, member services, customer service, or a financial institution REQUIRED
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a member-first attitude
• Basic knowledge of banking or credit union products, services, and regulations
• Proficiency in data entry and comfort working with financial software systems
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and maintain a balanced drawer
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus
