You will assist members with new accounts, loans, and teller services, while guiding digital banking adoption and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Retail banking experience is a plus.
• Previous branch experience in sales and service.
• Strong multitasking and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Brand Ambassador delivering excellent member service.
• Process opening and onboarding of new members.
• Cross-sell MCU products to match member needs.
• Educate members on digital banking tools.
• Handle teller transactions and lobby management.
• Maintain confidentiality of members' financial information.
• Follow MCU policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with loan applications and documentation.
