Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests as they enter and assist with questions during check-in.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone and support members on their fitness journeys.
• Resolve concerns and escalate to a Manager when needed.
• Answer phones and assist callers with inquiries.
• Handle membership sign-ups, updates, cancellations, and transfers.
• Conduct tours for prospective members and drive retail sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitize equipment and spa areas.
• Address maintenance or safety issues promptly.
