Planet Fitness Cayce, SC is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative for 2nd shift to deliver a superior, judgment-free experience to members and guests. You’ll greet people, answer questions, and help with sign-ups, tours, and retail transactions.

You’ll uphold club policies, resolve concerns, keep spaces clean, and support a welcoming environment. The role values punctuality, empathy, and a positive attitude, with opportunities for advancement.

Formación

• Customer service background preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• A passion for fitness and health.

Responsabilidades

• Greet members/guests as they enter and assist with questions during check-in.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone and support members on their fitness journeys.
• Resolve concerns and escalate to a Manager when needed.
• Answer phones and assist callers with inquiries.
• Handle membership sign-ups, updates, cancellations, and transfers.
• Conduct tours for prospective members and drive retail sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitize equipment and spa areas.
• Address maintenance or safety issues promptly.
