Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment (e.g., cash register)
• Experience with mobile retail applications

Responsibilities

• Provides member service and resolves member issues at checkout.
• Maintains checkout area and processes member purchases.
• Assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to policies.
• Guides members on self-service technology.
• Follows safety standards and conducts safety sweeps.
• Maintains entrance/exit areas and organizes merchandise.
• Zones areas and helps members locate merchandise.
• Observes and reports unsafe situations to management.
• Assists in training Member Frontline Services associates on processes and procedures.
• Delivers new programs rollout training and supports continuous improvement.
• Ensures proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
