Planet Fitness - Glow Brands is seeking a Member Services Representative to deliver a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members and guests. You will greet visitors, handle front desk duties, process sign-ups and tours, and help maintain clean and welcoming facilities.

The role emphasizes a positive, energetic attitude, reliability, and strong listening skills to address inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.

Qualifications

• Customer service background preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency required.
• A passion for fitness and health.
• Upbeat and positive attitude.
• Punctuality and reliability a must.
• Exceptional customer service with professional interaction.
• Strong listening, empathy and problem-solving skills.
• Diplomacy in all interactions; appropriate behavior and language.
• High School diploma/GED or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, delivering exceptional service.
• Handle front desk activities: answer phones, check-ins, sign-ups, and tours.
• Update member accounts as needed.
