Job summary

State Employees' Credit Union is seeking an entry-level Associate Member Services Representative (MSR) to learn branch operations and provide exceptional member service. You will respond to member inquiries by phone and in person, process transactions, and help with basic account openings under supervision.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude toward learning and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must possess good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must have good problem-solving skills.
• Complete Credit Union Core Module Program within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members via in-person, phone, and digital channels.
• Balance the cash drawer and process transactions.
• Handle cash box management, wire transfers, and currency exchange.
• Assist with opening basic accounts under supervision.
