Job summary

Essential duties include processing cash and account transactions, assisting with deposits, loans, and transfers, while maintaining confidentiality and frontline knowledge of services. Some travel to other branches may be required.

Qualifications

• Accuracy in handling cash and recording daily transactions; ability to assist members in person or by phone.
• Proficient in calculator use and basic math.
• Willingness to undergo additional training in branch operations and Credit Union services.
• Bondable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high accuracy in cash transactions and member accounts; ensure adherence to check handling policies.
• Meet referral/sales goals for deposits, loans and other services as determined by the Credit Union.
• Greet members and reference them by name during transactions to support service goals.
• Process ATM-related tasks (card issuance, qualification, lost/stolen cards).
• Open/close computer terminals and balance to terminal close report daily; remit receipts to Payments Solutions.
• Handle transfers (payroll setups, ACH Origination and Loan Payments).
• Provide front-line knowledge of the Credit Union's resources and services.
• Travel to other branches as needed.
