Club Brands in St. Louis is seeking a energetic Member Experience Associate to greet guests, lead tours, and ensure a clean, welcoming environment. You will handle member requests, process sales at the front desk, and assist with tanning and recovery amenities.

The role supports Kids Club duties as needed and requires a friendly, problem-solving mindset and reliability. You will join a team focused on delivering an exceptional fitness experience and must be available for a flexible schedule

Qualifikationen

• 18 years of age or older.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle overnight shifts.
• Flexibility to work a schedule including holidays and weekends.

Aufgaben

• Greet members and guests promptly with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Conduct engaging tours to new and prospective members.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the club, including equipment and locker rooms.
• Respond promptly and professionally to member requests and concerns.
• Process retail and concession sales accurately.
• Assist members with tanning and recovery amenities.
• Maintain a clean front desk area and follow opening/closing procedures.
• Complete timely member incident reports.
• Support Kids Club operations as needed.
