Job summary

Club Brands in St. Louis is seeking a Member Experience Associate to warmly greet members, lead tours, and promote premium amenities. You will ensure a clean, welcoming environment where guests can train and recover with confidence.

You’ll help with tanning and recovery services, process sales, and support Kids Club as needed, while maintaining safety and high service standards in a community-focused club.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Conduct engaging tours for new and prospective members.
• Maintain clean facilities, equipment, and locker rooms.
• Process retail and concession sales accurately.
• Assist members with tanning and recovery amenities.
• Manage front desk operations and opening/closing tasks.
• Complete timely member incident reports.
• Check kids in/out of Kids Club and supervise accordingly.
• Disinfect toys and play areas after each session.
• Communicate professionally with parents as needed.
