Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older is a required condition.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Conduct tours to prospective members.
• Maintain cleanliness of the club and facilities.
• Respond promptly to member requests and concerns.
• Process retail and concession sales accurately.
• Assist members with tanning and recovery amenities.
• Maintain the front desk area and follow opening/closing procedures.
• Complete timely and accurate member incident reports.
