Job summary

Redwood Credit Union is seeking a Full Time Member Service Associate to perform routine teller work, deliver outstanding member service, and support branch success by selling and referring Credit Union products. This face-to-face role interacts with members, volunteers, team members, and service providers.

• Provide exceptional member service to all Members, volunteers, internal employees, and service providers.
• Explain products and services to Members to meet their needs and cross-sell RCU products and services.
• Establish basic products and services for Members and answer questions or direct to appropriate person.
